Scott’s primary focus is operations and customer service. He has been a valued member of the New England Organics family for over 6 years. His day-to-day duties include a variety of tasks ranging from customer service and project management, to data entry, trucking operations, computer services and repairs, soil testing, fleet and spreader maintenance and repairs, as well as any other duties that may arise. Scott also participates in Casella’s Educational program, a program designed to teach school-aged children the benefits of recycling and how to participate in their community’s recycling program. Scott spent several years in the US Army, serving as a Military Police officer. He attended college at New Hampshire Community Technical College for Computer Services, and spent a year studying at the University of Maryland campus in Nuremberg, Germany.

After school, he began gaining experience in trucking and fleet operations, working for several major retail chains in trucking operations and inventory control. Scott loves the outdoors and enjoys spending time with his family doing activities such as camping, fishing, and hiking. He also enjoys spending his time playing paintball and mountain biking.
