Patrick has extensive experience within the biosolids industry. He has managed multiple facilities, a variety of biosolids product types and has strong experience with on-site staff and facilities contractors. Currently Pat is the Project Manager for the Suffolk County WasteWater Treatment Plant and Biosolids contract, works with Environmental Regulators to assess and permit viable outlet options, and develops options for various recyclable materials generated by other industrial clients.
Pat has worked also with the EPA, FDA, USDA, NJDEP, NYSDEC, Pennsylvania DEP and Connecticut DEP concerning residual material and developed product stewardship programs. He also has hands on experience managing NJDEP permitted composting and Class B recycling facilities, supervised site construction including excavation, drainage and paving, managed equipment operators (loaders, dozers, screeners), gained NJDEP approval for mixed food/paper waste composting, developed Sales and Marketing programs for commercial food generators, supervised equipment operators and administrative staff, and gained State approval for a unique recycling system for New Jersey utility companies. Pat is also an avid cyclist and can often be found wheeling around the NJ circuit.
