Chip grew up of a seed potato farm and farmed for 23 years growing seed and table stock potatoes along with oats, barley, lupine, sorghum and sunflowers. Chip worked as a field representative for McCain Foods (French fry processor) for 9 years. He started with NEO in July 2007 and is working with Boralex Ash from two plants in the area.
